I am a home baker who simply love to bake since young.  Happiness is to spend my free time browsing bakery books and recipes.  I attended a professional course, learnt the facts about bakery from a very good teacher who taught me a lot of secrets in baking/creating tasty and beautiful cakes.  From then on, I have been baking for family and friends with confidence.  At this site, you will be able to view photographs of some items I have made and I am still adding to the list.
